Hi,
I'm really sorry but I cannot upload anymore documents (the transcript/judgment) onto my blog. I've reached my limit ! But you can view them all
http://community.webshots.com
Search for 'Diabetes'
And look for 'AllyMichelle222'
The documents may come up if you try it directly here:
http://community.webshots.com/user/AllyMichelle222
(I don't know what comes up though, because sometimes it just goes to 'page not found' and other times I get it okay!)
There's several on the first page of results.
Take it easy
Rhea.

This is the transcript of the Judgment of Lord Justice Walker. I can only do 5 pages at a time, so you have to bear with me! I am leaving out some of the pages because I feel that they are not necessary to include them on the blog. Pages excluded include long (long!) citations, information of previous charity litigation...
Some of the pages omitted in this part are:
Pages 1-5 - Information about the British Diabetic Association (now trading under the name of Diabetes UK) - Who they are, when they were established, what their charitable objectives are...
Pages 8-9 - Information about other diabetic charities, including the Diabetes Foundation (we'll get back to that).
Up to page 20 - Information about previous charity passing-off litigation.

In this Witness Statement, Sir Hirst indicates that Diabetes UK want to make a diabetic family homeless. He talks on behalf of Diabetes UK and says that it is in their interests to be granted a Sale Order on the home of a diabetic family. What may be of interest to those of you who are reading this Witness Statement of Sir Michael William Hirst is his "past indiscretion".

This is 3/4 of what Diabetes UK had spent sueing a diabetic family. They were heavily criticised by both Lord Justice Walker and the Lord Chief Justice Phillips in the High Court for the amount of charity money that they had wasted.
After Diabetes UK were successful with the litigation they purchased almost every company name you can think of relating to diabetes or diabetics at Companies House. For example, Diabetic Society, The Diabetic Society, Diabetes Society, The Diabetes Society, Diabetic Society National, The Diabetic Society National... They purchased around 40 company names stopping anyone else from setting up a diabetic charity. All of these companies remain dormant.
